Norwalk Preservation Trust presents the fifth annual Living History Tour.
This year’s tour features properties and districts listed in the National Register of Historic Places, spanning Norwalk’s development from an 18th-century farming community, to post-Civil War opulence, to industrial prosperity in the early 19th century, to expansion and forward-thinking community organization after 1945. Along the way, there will be stops to enjoy and explore designated sites and homes with the help of costumed re-enactors. Narrated by an architectural historian, this tour promises to shed light on Norwalk’s history “hidden in plain sight.”
Scheduled for Sunday October 18, 2015 at 1 PM, this comfortable bus tour starts and ends at Gallaher Mansion in Cranbury Park. Because space is limited, tickets must be purchased in advance.
$55 per ticket for the early-bird special before October 4.

Tickets purchased after October 4 will be $65 each.
